Policy Conditions

1. 24-hour Cancellation Policy

   A $80.00 fee will be charged for all cancellations under 24 hours as well as missed appointments. Clients missing 2 consecutive appointments will be required to provide full-prepayment, which will be non-refundable, in order to secure their next appointment.
   Cancellation and No Show fees will be collected at the client’s next appointment.

2. Spa Etiquette

   Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. If you are late for your appointment, your therapist will do her best to complete your service in the remaining time scheduled for your appointment. Please note that the full price of the treatment will be charged.

3. Product Returns

   Please understand that for sanitation reasons we are unable to offer returns on skin care, nail care or make-up products. We are unable to offer refunds on Gift Cards, nor are Gift Cards (or a portion thereof) eligible for use as a gratuity.

4. Tax and Gratuities

   Please note that prices on our website, in-store, and within our spa brochure do not include taxes or gratuities.
